Today’s world makes getting help scary.
Labels, diagnoses, even the term
“Mental Health” seems dangerous.

While mental illness certainly does exist
in some cases Mark believes that most of us
are just trying to live and enjoy our lives.

Life is a challenge, sometimes presenting
us with very difficult things to overcome.

Mark believes difficulty with these issues
does not necessarily mean we are
“ill”. It means we may be hurting,
angry and lost.

This is why Mark has developed
“Cognitive Direct Performance Systems™”
a real life, reality based counseling process.
