This quote seems so appropriate in today’s world!
Thomas Edison said, “Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.”

In my counseling practice, I encourage people to consider applying this to their dealing with their anxiety, depression, marriage, and life. “Opportunity” may be not only in

the form of getting what we want, but also the “Opportunity” to reduce the things we don’t want! Like meaningless, anxiety, depression, or dissatisfaction in our lives.

Seems simple but any action breeds momentum which moves us off high-center. I help my clients increase their “Opportunity” by working hand in hand with them to identity

ACTIONS they can indeed take.

“If you don’t climb the mountain you can’t enjoy the view.”
Climb high!
